退货&换货政策  

更换/缺陷商品说明

当商品存在缺陷需退换时,必须在7天内回到我方手中才可办理退货/换货。第一天是从商品到达客户手中之日算起。

商品缺陷定义如下 :

  密封瓶中的商品有撕裂/破损。

  密封瓶中的商品形状奇怪。

  密封瓶中的商品已过期。

       如果商品存在撕裂/破损/过期,客户必须第一时间拍下商品照片作为证据才能进行更换。如没照片作为证据,我方将不接受进行更换。

       退回的缺陷商品,我方将彻底检查。如商品有任何使用过的痕迹,则退货/换货/退款无效


退货/换货所产生的费用说明

如果您想继续退换货物,我们想向你强调一些注意事项。

   退货运费将由客户全权承担。

   重新运送的运费也由客户全权承担。

   商品要保持未开封及外包装未受损且不影响二次销售的情况下,经过我方检查后才可换货。

    我方保留在7天宽限期后将不受理任何投诉案的权利。


取消订单说明

如果您因任何原因希望在付款后取消订单,请立即联系客服并告知。

请注意:

    不会全额退款,并且我方将收取您金额的10%的管理费

    如果您在商品发货后想取消订单,我方将收取30%的管理费并且运费不予退还。只有在商品返回给我们并且检查后才处理退款。

    如果您的包裹因(提供错误的地址、无人认领、交付时找不到收件人等等)而被退回,并且您提出退款请求时,我方将收取您订单总额30%的手续费以及扣除运费后才退还您剩下的金额。

    关于退款申请,您将在7-10个工作日收到退款。


  Return&Exchange Policy  

Replacement / Defected Policy

Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and only if the product defects. The first day of grace period starts from the day of the products arrived in the hand of customers. 

The definitions of defects are as follows:

  1. Product was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
  2. Product was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
  3. Product was expired in SEALED bottle
  • In case of the Product torn/broken/expired, customer must take a photo of the Product as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement. Without a photo, there will be no replacement will be made.
  • Returned defects products will be inspected thoroughly. Exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of used.

Return and Exchange Policy

A few notes we would like to highlight to you if you wanted to proceed with the exchange case.

  1. Return shipping cost is borne by customers.
  2. Resend shipping cost is also borne by customers.
  3. Exchange is possible, only when products condition is still re-sellable upon inspection at our side. (remain unopened)
  • We reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 7 days of grace period. Other than product defection complaints will be handled as per case basis.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately.

Please note that:

  1. Not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.
  2. Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refund will be processed only after the product returns to us.
  3. If your parcel being returned due to (incorrect address given by customer, unclaimed parcels, recipient not available during delivery) and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.
  • Please be informed that for every refund requested, you shall receive the refund within 7-10 business days.
